We at Beauty-Full Hair pride ourselves in providing excellent quality, all our hairs are comprised of real virgin hair. Each bundle is as unique as it's donor, and will behave uniquely. We streamline the whole of our range extensively, however minor variations may occur from batch to batch. We can not guarantee that hair purchased from us will look or feel 100% the same each time. We can not guarantee texture, colour tones or wave patterns as all our hairs are natural and is in no way manufactured. What we can guarantee is 100% quality, carefully selected virgin human hair each and every time!
In the unlikely event that a customer wishes to return any non-sale item(s), we must be notified of the intended return within 5 days of receipt, full details of the reason for return must be filled out on the return slip online
Due to the nature of the product and in the interest of hygiene we will not accept any returns or exchanges of any goods returned outside the original condition.
A refund or exchange will not be provided for products returned in a used condition; has been untied or tampered with in any way (picked, brushed, combed, washed or cut).
Used condition and tampering includes but is not limited to:
Hair extensions that have(i) been cut(ii) been coloured, dyed, or permed (iii) had heat applied for the purposes of straightening or curling effect(iv) that have any damage inflicted as a result of tampering including traces of scenic such as smoke or burning. (v) extensions that have been removed from its original packaging.
According to Health and Safety Regulations, human hair products that have been used can not be returned. We adhere to strict Hygiene policies.
Returns must be requested within 5 days of receipt of delivery. Returns will not be accepted after 5 days unless goods are faulty. Goods are not considered faulty if their condition deteriorates due to poor management or poor application of extensions.
Beauty-Full Hair is not responsible for paying postage costs when returning items to us for refund or exchange. Where we have offered free shipping, from company to customer, we will deduct from any refund that is issued. We will reimburse any reasonable postage costs if the buyer is returning goods that were delivered in error.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, you will receive either the refund or exchange as you have requested and in some cases reimbursement of postage costs to our business. We will not accept liability for products lost or damaged during transit returned by you. We advise all items should be returned via recorded delivery.
All refunds will be actioned to the original payment method provided.
Where we determine the item returned to have been tampered or used, the customer will be contacted via email and offered a return. This return is at the customers expense
In the specific case of customised products, this including but not limited to lace closures, lace frontals, and lace wigs, sales are final and the product will not be accepted for returns or exchanges once the order has been placed.
Where any of the conditions outlined above are not met, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange.
